On behalf of our community of 140 000 people, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the City of Oulu, Finland. Oulu combines Northern hospitality, nature and culture with modern technology. Oulu values education, research and innovation and we are extremely pleased to welcome everyone to contribute to these dynamics. What am I doing in Finland?
I will be spending the next 2 years as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My mission serves the entire country of Finland. I will be home in October of 2011.

CURRENTLY SERVING:
Elder Behnke is currently serving in Kerava.
Kerava is a modern and verdant town, which can boast more pedestrian-cycle paths than any other town in Finland. Kerava is part of the greater metropolitan area, about 30 kilometres to the north from Helsinki.
Travelling to Kerava is quick and easy. Everything here is conveniently close at hand, so if you wish you can easily dash from one place to another by bike, so of course NOW he gets a car!!!! :)
